Information is used to respond to your request, provide Medicare education or insurance assistance, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website from misuse. Information is not sold.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, Medicare or Medicaid identification numbers, banking information, passwords, or detailed medical records through this website. Mark can explain a safer way to provide information if it becomes necessary.

Security and retention
